The apartment’s size, views, and completeness were impressive, yet reaching it was nearly impossible: the map they gave shows a street under construction, so I had to walk over 30 m or drive 15 m, and I had to ask for directions three times. They refuse cash payments and have no Spanish‑speaking staff. At night, one of the power panels tripped, leaving us in the dark, and the emergency phone was useless.

I liked staying in a condo far from everything; the distance gave us the silence and peace we wanted. The outdoor areas were amazing and the house looked nice, but the cleaning was far below expectations: sofas, curtains, and many surfaces had stains, there was a lot of dust, pans were dirty, and the oven trays were grimy. I had to buy cleaning supplies and tidy up. My 7‑year‑old daughter cut her foot on a missing tile in the pool.
