“Helt ok”

The neighborhood and location near the Vatican were fine; in Rome you can get fit no matter where you stay. The breakfast was simple but good, and the staff were very pleasant. It was nice to receive a fresh towel each day. The ventilation and fans in the room made a lot of noise, and the bathroom had a nearly clogged drain. I booked a large room, a so‑called suite, but the facilities were poor. I expected a seating area, and the pictures and expectations didn’t quite match reality.

“Wouldn’t rebook”

The location was good. The building was old, and the room was small and worn out. I could only check in after 7 pm because the staff weren’t at the desk. I had to go down the building to the 4th floor where the tiny rooms are. For the price it definitely doesn’t deserve a high rating.

The staff were friendly, professional, and clean. The night noise from supposedly machines was disturbing. I had requested early check‑in before 14 h via message, but I couldn’t enter the room at 13 h. I finally entered at 17 h, and the lights on the walls flickered and the TV didn’t work. After 20 minutes the reception worker managed to get it running, but the remote still malfunctioned. I was offered a room change, which I declined, hoping the hotel would respond to my earlier request for partial reimbursement because I couldn’t travel and the second occupant couldn’t stay due to a medical leave and a public Social Security certificate. The final response was to contact Booking. The bed was comfortable and very large, though the space was very small. I remain available for any clarification or further information regarding the partial refund request for the second occupant’s inability to stay.

“Excelente”

The location, quietness, and independence for check‑in, the staff and their willingness, everything was great; thanks to the two people who served breakfast, both Filipinos and excellent people, Lito and Cipriano, and the receptionist Lavigna. Nothing to object to.
