I can't think of anything positive, but the staff were rude, the internet for MAC never worked, and they denied me a second access card. The staff should travel globally to see how other hotels operate and serve their customers.

Breakfast was good and the location is even better, but they need to keep a lighted sign board so the place is visible from far, as some Uber drivers could not locate it. The staff asked a lot of questions even though all the necessary details were already given beforehand, and a 20‑minute delay in check‑in left guests frustrated; they should speed up the process.

Cleanliness and the quality of food were good, yet the tariff was too high, there was no bell boy, the parking area was insufficient and security asked me to park outside or in a nearby premises belonging to the management, and room service was time‑consuming.
