The cleanliness of the accommodation is excellent, and its location at the bottom of the valley is great; the equipment is well‑chosen and reasonably priced. The service staff, especially the housekeeper, seemed rushed when she took a phone call to order food before check‑in, and after finishing the call she hung up abruptly, ignoring customers. In the morning, the breakfast service was scheduled to start at 10:00 am, yet a customer was still seated at 9:58 am, and she and another male staff member loudly discussed that only two minutes remained before closing, making the dining area feel uncomfortable (although I didn’t order anything extra, it felt like an indirect rush). At check‑out, when I asked for assistance lifting my luggage, the housekeeper answered on speaker and shouted from a distance that she would wait until the linen was ready before bringing it, but I ended up carrying it myself. Overall, the place is nice, beautiful, and clean, suitable for a stay, but if I didn’t have to stay, I might not return because the experience felt slightly off.
