The staff at this hotel left a lot to be desired, especially the breakfast manager who seemed completely uninterested in helping. I checked out a day early and requested a refund, but they refused. The only redeeming quality was that they did give me breakfast, which I'd paid for, but that was more of a grudging favor than a genuine gesture. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

We were really pleased with this hotel - it was spotless, the staff were friendly, and it was just a 10-minute walk from the city center. However, the air conditioning could have been controlled by a remote, which would have been a nice touch.

The room was massive, thanks to the two double beds pushed together, and the breakfast was great. But, unfortunately, the carpet in the hallways was pretty worn out, and there was a bit of dampness in the rooms, which wasn't ideal. Plus, the location wasn't exactly convenient.
