The location was fine. The place was dirty, we couldn't shower because the pipe was broken, and there were ants in the room—an unpleasant experience, to say the least.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We booked very last minute, yet the communication was incredibly quick, warm and personal. The hosts were extremely welcoming, attentive and genuinely concerned that everything went smoothly for us. We were travelling as a large family and spent quite a lot of time out exploring, but we really enjoyed the accommodation and especially the beautiful outdoor spaces, including the sukkah. The location was perfect for us, and overall everything made our stay very easy and enjoyable. A truly excellent experience that we would recommend 100%. We will definitely be happy to come back next time we are in Safed!

The location was great, a short walk from the Holy Harry Tomb, the Old City, and more. Parking was available on site. In room 5, there was a smell of dust (maybe from the toilets that are carved like a cave), and there was no privacy—neighbors could hear us as if they were inside the room.
