Excellent location and good guidance from the host. The room and especially the bathroom need a renovation; the bathroom furniture is quite deteriorated.

The location and self check‑in were convenient. However, the cleanliness of the room was scandalous: the floor and bedding had clumps of hair, the shower had moldy silicone, and the bathroom floor looked long neglected. The nightstands were sticky and clearly unpolished—stains from previous guests’ drinks were visible right away. Additionally, one towel was missing; only after contacting the owner did someone fetch it after some time. There was no reaction to the photos and information about the dirty room that were sent.

“Cosy and comfortable studio apartment.”

Located within the Old Town wall, it’s easy to walk around and explore. It’s within walking distance to the Sea Organ. There is no lift or elevator, making it tough with a heavy suitcase.

The windows are sealed well enough to muffle the city noise. There was mold, fungus, and hair under the shower, and the beach is further (about half an hour) than what was described in the property listing.

The location is superb, right in the center with everything close by. We arrived with four suitcases but there was no elevator, so we had to climb stairs.
