Nothing. We got to the property and the front desk ran my card before telling me the pool was out of order. We chose this property because of the indoor pool. We cancelled the reservation and went to a different hotel. Still waiting on our refund

Cleanliness of the place as a hole. We stayed 2 nights. Room was not cleaned or restocked with clean towels or coffee. The attendant on duty in the breakfast room acted as if she was to busy to answer a question about the pancake machine

Staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect. I was having knee surgery. The hotel was literally 3 blocks from the hospital
