“Superbe hôtel et très bon accueil”

The hotel is very pleasant, charming and quiet, with a beautiful pool, a good breakfast in the morning and even an afternoon snack; the staff are very friendly and helpful, including someone who speaks perfect French and English, which is a real plus in Brazil; one of the most beautiful hotels we stayed at on our vacation.

I liked the location, the cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff; the breakfast was excellent, with the option to order tapioca, omelette, and eggs directly from the kitchen; nothing else.

A French‑speaking person at the front desk was nice; but there were a lot of kids playing in the pool, I was denied breakfast even though I ordered five minutes before it closed, the location isn’t good compared to other options in Jeri, it’s expensive for what you get, and the Wi‑Fi doesn’t work well.
