The front desk lady seemed to dislike my service dog, even though there was a big sign saying no animals allowed; she made the whole experience difficult and I’d advise others to stay away.

The sheets and bed were dirty, I spotted small cockroaches and bed bugs, and I have photos to prove it. I was very disappointed.

The staff were friendly, but the bathroom door wouldn’t shut, there was no soap in the shower, and I found a few roaches in the bathroom.
