Free taxi to the airport with a breakfast box, and the staff spoke excellent English.

The staff were lovely and accommodating, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pool was at the ideal temperature. Breakfast offered a great spread, and we’ve stayed here twice now; the local food nearby is amazing and everything is easy to reach from the hotel. No complaints—everything was perfect.

We spent a week here and truly enjoyed our stay! It’s a relaxed place, just a bit outside Chiang Mai’s center but everything is still walkable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was well organized, with multiple options each morning, and they also had four bicycles available. The only minor drawback was the air conditioner, which was positioned right next to the bed. There were also not many lounge chairs by the pool, but they’ll probably sort that out.

The staff were available 24 hours a day and consistently helpful. The free beer and snacks offered in the afternoon were a nice bonus.
