The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and there were no issues.

The location was excellent for central Blackburn, right across the road from King Georges Hall. The room was very spacious, check‑in was easy, and there was car parking. However, the room felt a bit stark; it could use a bedside or table lamp and shades on the ceiling light, and a comfortable chair would fit nicely in the large space.
