The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the off‑street secure car parking is convenient, and the hotel sits right in the middle of central Ballarat; the staff are clean and very friendly.

A big thank you for being so thoughtful – the lift was out of service and we were offered a refund to move to a different hotel with a ground‑floor room, yet we stayed anyway; the room was spacious and had everything we needed, and we loved the makeup flannel ❤️.
