We worked overnight at La Marmoire and, like us, we avoided chain hotels, so we chose this place. The welcome was great, the setting beautiful, rooms were clean and quiet.

The family greeted us warmly and the off‑beat location was a delight. We even spotted a deer and a squirrel on the grounds. The old house was lovely and the bed was the most comfortable we’ve slept in.
