Breakfast was served nicely and the staff were very friendly. The location was brilliant, but after dinner I wish there were more lounge space for drinks. The same applies to the negative point.

The reception, restaurant, and stairways were all nicely appointed, and breakfast was good. I felt the room decor was a little dated and the carpet was very dirty. There was water damage to a bathroom cabinet and the radiator control was broken, left loose and useless on top of the unit. The dinner menu didn't appeal to me, but that's a matter of taste.

Parking was available. Everything else was good.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the visit, and we enjoyed the meals at the restaurant as well as a good breakfast. Parking was complimentary and could be extended for a few extra hours, which was very convenient. The only downside was that a few more TV channels would have been nice.
