I was upgraded to a superior room upon arrival, the staff were attentive and breakfast was very varied and plentiful. The room and bedding were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet.

The room was downgraded! The rooms are poorly maintained and degraded.

Comfortable bed. Breakfast overpriced but good and in room which overlooked lake. Staff friendly. Sadly no restaurant. More like a motel and pictures did not reflect the actual rooms. Wet room door was stiff and rolled off hinges. No water or extras. Disappointed for the price. Generally needs a good update

The hotel was on our route and offered free parking. There was no lift and the lighting in the room was very dim. The room was very tight/ small.

The location is ideal, the staff welcoming, the décor warm, and breakfast generous. Nothing to add.
