Great location, terrace with a view, spacious rooms and a large self‑serve kitchen, a good starting point for hikes such as to Cabo do Roca, a wonderful atmosphere around the old mill, lovingly furnished.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was liked. Some rooms feel too small; opt for the larger ones and the pillows could use an upgrade.

The view from the pool terrace is beautiful, the shared lounge is comfortable, breakfast is good, staff are helpful and parking is convenient. In autumn it’s very windy, the room on the Malūna floor is uncomfortable for taller people because the ceiling is only about 175 cm, the stairs between floors are awkward, the humidity is high, but everything is authentically preserved.
