Conveniently located for the bus from Punta Arenas and to Torres del Paine national park; staff are warm and welcoming and hot drinks were available all the time until 11 pm, but a double bed was more expensive than two single beds.

It’s cosy, staff are friendly and very helpful, breakfast is nice and we enjoyed our stay, but the room is only of average size.

I appreciated the homely vibe—nothing too flashy, just authentic and clean with all the basics covered. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the place sits right in the middle of shops; the room felt like a bedroom and a kitchen that were almost separate. The street was noisy, but that was a Friday night in the town center. All in all, great value for the money.

Breakfast and location were good. The staff were very friendly and attentive; they reached out via WhatsApp and recommended a taxi. We arrived late and they were waiting for us. Everything was super, and we appreciated the kindness. Breakfast wasn’t very varied but was delicious, and the boy who served it was very friendly. The room, bathroom, and beds were small. The room was tiny and the bathroom was separated by a sliding door that was broken. The beds were very small and not very comfortable.
