The restaurant was good and the food was tasty. The rooms need a nice makeover; the shower was in a tub wrapped in a plastic sheet, and the bathroom, as well as the rooms, were quite old but everything was clean.

The staff were very good, friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed the restaurant – the supper was excellent!

The hotel was acceptable for a single night, but not suitable for a longer stay. The breakfast was very good, and the restaurant for dinner was also good. The bathroom was cold and not ideal for our grandchildren, and there were no storage options.

The restaurant downstairs was great and the bed was super comfy, plus the place was surprisingly quiet, but the room itself was much darker than the photos showed.
