Nothing good to mention. The staff were unhelpful, communication was lacking, urgency and care were missing, and the place was filthy.

The highlight was the mango restaurant—food was excellent and the staff treated you like family, yet the hallways were dirty.

The staff were friendly, but the beds were so hard that we had to leave at 4 am for the airport shuttle; we also saw 10 police officers in the lobby dealing with disruptive guests who seemed intoxicated, which made me doubt staying here again.

The environment was calm and quiet, and stepping inside felt luxurious and smelled like it. The bathroom, however, had hair shaving all over the floor, behind the door, and on the toilet. We told the front desk, they sent someone to clean, but the hair remained behind the door and on the floor afterward.
