The location was good, but the room was extremely old, dirty, and moldy everywhere—bathroom walls around the tub were moldy, the shower curtain was rotten, and the bedroom curtains were filthy.

The restaurant team provided excellent service, yet room 608 was filthy: it still had the previous guest’s soap, a spoon in the cup was poorly washed with cappuccino residue, the furniture was peeling, all balcony locks were rusted, some windows and the door lacked proper security—this is not what a 4‑star accommodation should be, and I felt cheated by the price I paid.
