Nothing to say positively, had to cancel. The taxi driver couldn’t find the address. We had a long trip with over 24 hours of wakefulness behind us… my caregiver was 70 years old. We had to cancel and find another accommodation because the taxi driver couldn’t help us. It was already past 23 o’clock. We didn’t get any money back.

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, Chinese‑style breakfast. Close to a large shopping mall and restaurants.

The hotel is good. We rented a family‑luxury suite, the only one in the hotel, 60 m². The staff quickly solved our request for an extra bed for the child – they provided a full single bed. They responded promptly to any request. The hotel has free laundry where you can wash and dry clothes, which is a big advantage. Breakfast is a bit monotonous, but overall not critical. Convenient location, which was important for us because it’s close to the sports facilities in the Mutianyu area. Note: on Chinese maps, including Didi taxi, the hotel is listed as Seyiou Hotel.

The staff were helpful, especially receptionist Ms HAN who assisted us a lot and was always ready to help my family, though the hotel is a bit far from the city center; nevertheless, they support you with transport if needed.
