The staff were very rude and unprofessional. We were the only guests and were ignored at breakfast; plates were taken away while we were still eating.

The welcome was very warm, everything was spotless, and it was top. Everything was fine.

I like the location, that’s it. The triple room had one glass, a clean bathroom that needs renovation, with broken pipes from the shower. The wedding hall was open until 03:00 am and the music and noise were loud. Breakfast included an omelette, jam, pasta and butter that had expired. Cash payment was required without a receipt, and the euro‑to‑mark exchange was not confirmed.

I saw nothing good here. The place was filthy everywhere and the smell was awful. Smoking was rampant throughout the hotel.
