On 12 October the U5414 flight from Alicante to Chișinău was delayed. Late check‑in was arranged (I have screenshots of the correspondence), but after landing we found the booking had been cancelled. In other words, we were left on the street in a foreign country at midnight. We had to change our departure time to Odesa. The money for the 2nd ticket (1600 UAH) was not refunded because the cancellation was less than 24 hours before.
