I paid for a booking but they didn’t answer the call and didn’t open the door; I stayed at another hotel and you guys should refund my money.

I spent one night at Pensiunea Suri and was very satisfied. The room was clean and quiet, and the location is very good. The staff were friendly, everything was simple and well organized. A good choice for a night in Brașov. I would definitely come back.
