The host is extremely helpful and always available. The private outdoor bathroom is small but clean and has everything you need. Breakfast at the pastry bar below is fantastic—maritozzi and veneziane are amazing, and with the voucher you can take whatever you want. Walking from the auditorium can be long, but the convenient line 32 bus is just 30 meters away and saves most of the walk. Wi‑Fi works. No complaints.

The bar was great and the location near Tor di Quinto and public transport is convenient. The staff were incredibly kind, both the lady and the gentleman were super cute. A few more touches would make it perfect. The room wasn’t very clean; the cleaning lady didn’t do a good job. The bathroom felt cramped and closed‑in, with no way to dry anything, and the whole room was generally damp. It received little sunlight, and at first there were hair strands in the shower. There was no mosquito net, so insects and mosquitoes got in. The description didn’t say that the room was inside an apartment shared with others, which was a bit off‑putting.

The location works well if you’re heading to the competitions, but parking is a hassle and the room and bathroom feel a bit dated.
