I was right near everything I needed, which made everything convenient.

The hotel is close to ASU, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean—great value for the price. The only downside was the morning noise from the city, not the hotel itself.

The location was very convenient for my needs, and the price matched what was offered; the room was clean and attractive. I requested a downstairs room, but only an upstairs one was ready, and the air conditioner was already on; there was no microwave.

It’s a cute little motel, but I arrived a day early and, without a reservation, the air conditioning wasn’t on. It took 5 hours for the room temperature to drop from ~114 to 75 degrees, and everything was hot to the touch. I wish it had a pool; June in Phoenix is rough.
