मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
I didn’t like anything; the hotel was filthy everywhere, trash everywhere, staff were only somewhat okay, tea was served on dirty plates, I never felt clean, the elevators were broken, and the photos on the site didn’t match reality—overall I feel cheated about the rooms and would honestly rate it 0.

I was close to the airport and liked the breakfast, but the hotel feels very cheap; towels were missing, no tissue paper, the TV didn't work, and the AC was broken.

From check‑in to check‑out everything was flawless: the place was spotless, contemporary, and the hospitality was outstanding. The staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. My room was roomy and cozy, and all the facilities were top‑class, with every detail showing care and quality. I’d gladly return and would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for superb service and comfort.

I got no reply from the help desk when I asked for directions, and the map showed the hotel as untraceable, so I couldn’t stay there.
