My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, the rooms were truly amazing, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. However, the service was a different story altogether, and I encountered some issues with the staff's attitude and behavior. Overall, my experience was a bit of a rollercoaster, but the positives did outweigh the negatives.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that I was scammed by this hotel. They refused to honor my booking, leaving me with no option but to look elsewhere. The whole experience was a complete waste of time, and I'm extremely disappointed in their lack of integrity and customer service.

The lack of communication and assistance when I needed it most was a major issue, and the fact that I had to book another hotel at a higher price due to their unresponsiveness was a significant financial burden. To make matters worse, their explanation for not having access to the booking portal the next day only added to my frustration.
