Cleanliness, location, courtesy, peace, and silence. A small note about breakfast: it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit (in addition to bananas) and dried fruit.

Great location. The breakfast is abundant and varied. The staff are caring, friendly and courteous. In the shower cabin a product shelf would be useful, and another towel hook in the bathroom would help.

The building is beautiful and well maintained, located in a relaxing countryside corner that fits my needs perfectly. We requested an early check‑in and there were no issues… thanks.

The renovated farmhouse sits amid the green of the Romagnolo hinterland, offering almost surreal peace. It has only three rooms, all perfectly furnished and spotless. The breakfast is good. Paolo, the manager, is always ready to help but never intrusive. Everything is top!
