The location is perfect, and the owner was friendly and gave good advice. However, the place was not clean and the bedding was dirty. The facilities were very run‑down and old.

The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. I know the bathroom is usually wet, but a little extra safety—like a non‑slip mat—would be nice.

The owner is friendly and speaks multiple languages, which makes communication easy. The price is reasonable. The free water filter provides filtered water. The fan had dust buildup, so I had to remove the cover and clean it myself. The sheets were old. If they put more effort into cleaning and equipment maintenance, it could become a great place.
