“Absolutely amazing”
From the moment we walked in until we checked out, everything was spectacular. The hotel’s concept feels like stepping into a charming old house, with beautiful candles, thoughtful details, and a romantic vibe that makes the experience feel special and distinct. The front desk staff were outstanding, especially Mr. Bassam, who welcomed us warmly. The butlers are the heart of the place; their attentiveness and quick responses mean any request is handled in seconds. A special shout‑out to Mr. Ali for taking care of us and making my birthday extra memorable. Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant staff were very welcoming and attentive. We especially enjoyed the freshly baked goods—everything was amazing. Every staff member deserves praise; they truly understand hospitality and have thought through every detail, handling everything effortlessly and immediately. We loved every moment and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you to the whole team for making it unforgettable; we’ll definitely come back!
