The staff were as attentive as always, but we ended up in the room right above the laundry. The constant noise all night and into the early hours made it hard to get any sleep.

I've visited this hotel twice and each time the kitchen staff—especially the short‑haired woman—came across as overly serious and pretty cold, almost rude. Add to that the fact that you can hear noise from other rooms, which was a bit distracting.
