The staff were great and the location was perfect, right near Temple gate. Nothing special stood out, except once the hot water stopped due to a technical issue; otherwise everything was exceptional.

The property sits right in front of the Ashra, making it very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The restaurant served excellent food, so I was very happy with my stay and plan to return every time I visit Puttaparti.

The location and food were fine, but the room I was given was in a brand‑new extension still under construction. I was traveling alone and the area was empty; other rooms were still being finished, and the room opposite mine was still being renovated. The first day I hit my leg on an aluminum door handle, so I called the desk and asked to meet a female staff member named Sandhya. She came over and said we could change rooms, but nothing happened. I then asked for tape, got toilet paper, and taped the dangerous door handles myself. A 2‑inch cockroach was in the bathroom. The rooms weren’t cleaned; I asked for cleaning, but it wasn’t done when I returned. I had to request water bottles and towels. At 2 am I was woken by commotion outside the corridor. Management or the staff never checked on my leg or showed concern. This stay was a disaster. I wouldn’t recommend room 202. There was no compensation, no discount, and no apology from the owners or management.
