We had a truly lovely stay and were very impressed with the service and the attitude of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with smiles and champagne, offered lunch and quickly settled into our rooms. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and any request or small issue was dealt with immediately. We never had anything left unresolved. A particularly nice touch was on our departure day, when the hotel offered us a courtesy room to shower and change before our flight. We really appreciated this. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with large, comfortable beds and plenty of fresh towels. Towels were changed every morning without us having to ask. The room was always clean and with fresh flowers. The hotel is quite old and could use some renovation, but it is exceptionally well maintained and clean. The pool was comfortable, sun loungers and pool towels were always available, and the beach is very close. The beach is rocky, but the entrance to the sea from the hotel is probably one of the easiest in the area — we didn’t need water shoes at all. The food was fresh, tasty and varied, with plenty of meat, fish, seafood, salads, fruit and desserts. There were also lots of options for children. The cocktails at the pool/beach bar were very good as well. A special thank you to Yulia from the Kids Club. Our daughter doesn’t speak English, but she absolutely loved spending time with Yulia and was always excited to go back. The children’s disco was also great fun. This is not a luxury five‑star resort and there are no big water slides, but honestly, we didn’t feel that anything important was missing. With the Kids Club, pool, beach and children’s entertainment, there was plenty to do, especially in the hot weather. The only small thing I would change would be to keep the pool music on a little longer, perhaps until 6:30 pm instead of 5:00 pm. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily come back.
