“Great hotel with a perfect location and an outstanding professional staff.”

A small, stylish hotel with European charm, just a five‑minute walk from Krakow’s Main Square. The staff were very helpful and charming, especially Magdalena, who was friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The property was nice and the single room was fine, except the bed was a small twin.

The location was perfect; we could walk to all attractions within about 5‑15 minutes. I didn’t like that the bathroom had a shower column without a phone.

“Friendly staff, comfortable room, great location and breakfast.”

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was great. The location is superb and the rooms are good‑sized.

“Very dark room with tiny window instead of a room with a terrace and garden access that we have paid for”

We were given a room of a lower standard that we paid for and were forced to cancel the reservation and move to another hotel
