It’s a quiet spot for resting. Alex, the chef, is excellent, and the food is absolutely fresh and delicious. Diana and Lina are very courteous, and the housekeepers are always ready to help with any need. The Jacuzzi, however, needs to have hot water.

The scenery is very beautiful, the estate is very large so one rests and changes routine. The staff are very attentive and helpful, the coffee is delicious and reasonably priced to buy. The food is very tasty and generous portions.

The lack of respect for the guest is total. I had scheduled it for 17:00 hs from Subachoque and trusted, I arrived at 21:00 hs at La Vega, only to find myself with the farm’s staff and insect noises, which clearly could not excuse their owners for renting the room to someone who offered to pay more. A huge siren they have of a stamp and “they didn’t listen to me.” They didn’t bother to return the calls to apologize. It was unpleasant to walk from La Vega to Nochaima where I luckily found accommodation during the full festive bridge, exhausted, and at 22:00 hs. Terrible!
