I was impressed by how quickly the owner responded, and we could check in right at 12 pm. The place feels like home, especially with the kitchen available for us to use. We had to arrange a Bolt or Grab ride to get around, but the rates are still very reasonable. It’s close to a 7‑11, and the neighborhood is solid, though there are mosquitoes, which isn’t the host’s fault. I’d definitely book here again for family or larger groups.

The accommodation was comfortable and conveniently located near everything. However, finding it with Grab was a bit tricky, probably due to the app’s glitch or the internet connection.

The location was fine and the kitchen had decent amenities. Unfortunately, the photos on the website don’t match what you actually see; the rooms look nothing like the vibrant pictures. Housekeeping is only available after you ask the owner, and they only give a 500 ml water bottle on the first day—if you stay two or three days they expect that 500 ml to be enough. In the shared kitchen there’s no way to refill your bottle unless you’re okay drinking tap water, which may or may not be safe.
