The location is ideal, with the bus and metro within 10 minutes, a safe neighborhood, and great restaurants around. The staff were very friendly and tried to understand us in Italian and English as best they could. The housekeeping staff were lovely and attentive. Thank you all.

Everything was fine. No complaints.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, but the carpet in the room felt dirty, the shower didn't run smoothly, and there was grime under the sink that was ignored.

I skipped breakfast, yet the bathroom lights were too dim, the bed showed the base of the entrance door, and a strip of hallway light was visible in the room.
