“Buono”

The stay was good.

“Good location and good rooms but don’t plan on dining there.”

The place sits in a great spot, and the staff handled the valet parking as part of the fee. The annex room across the street was spacious, modern, and super comfy. The on‑site restaurant only works for breakfast, and the staff were a touch colder than the usual friendly vibe you’d expect in Sicily.

The room was located in an office building outside the hotel.

“אני מתארח המון במלונות הרשת ותמיד נהנה מהשרות והמתקנים המלון הזה היה אכזבה”

The hotel has an extra wing, and when I booked I knew the room wouldn’t be in the main building; unfortunately we ended up with a room that was decent but in an office building. While the offices were closed, there was a key to the lobby, so on the first night I entered alone as it started to rain. The room had a leak from the ceiling, so we put towels on the floor in the morning. When we went to reception, they weren’t ready to give us a different room, claiming the issue was fixed and that they would compensate us with a bottle of wine, which we didn’t agree to. We asked to speak with the manager, but he was unwilling to talk until we threatened to complain on Booking, after which he moved us to a room next to the hotel with a lobby entrance. That external wing is the good part of the hotel; note that when you book the Family‑Annex room, it’s 90 metres from the main building, close to the hotel and not in an office building. The reception manager on 26/09/2026 was unwilling to talk to guests; the front‑desk employee would come in, speak briefly, and then leave without giving us answers.

The breakfast was very complete, the cleaning was good, and the location was excellent.
