I booked two nights, but when I entered, a woman was smoking at the entrance with a terrible attitude! There was no elevator, so I had to carry my luggage upstairs, and when I opened the door it was just awful—I left immediately and didn’t check in. The fee wasn’t refunded, and when I took my luggage downstairs I ran into another woman sitting on the stairs eating something, she wouldn’t let me pass and her tone was awful!

Cristina and the room views were the best part, but the room wasn’t ready.

Excellent location and neighbourhood, good value, and a nice sea view from the fourth‑floor room. The host was friendly and there was a birthday cake. As a budget hotel, it’s what you’d expect in some ways: no breakfast, but plenty of good options nearby.

Christina’s service was lovely and friendly; she guided us through check‑in, check‑out, cab services, and the boat party—everything was great. Nothing to complain about.
