The property is spotless, the staff is extremely friendly and polite, and the room is clean, quiet, safe and comfortable; there is a secure parking spot, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a shared dining area, plus a free coffee machine in the kitchen; the building sits a bit up on a hill, which is typical for the city, yet it is very close to the center; the General Manager is an incredibly warm and helpful person who assisted us promptly with everything, and I cannot thank him enough—he feels like a best friend.
