The facilities were fantastic, he onsite spa was excellent and the massage was wonderful. The buffet breakfast was very well put together. Lack of soundproofing and the restaurant meals while Large portions felt incomplete. And the additional Sides of veggies were $18 however there were only two options. It left the meals feeling incomplete

Breakfast wasn't too bad. No water supply to the unit, lifts out of service for 1.5 hrs charged $7;50 for a coffee as i couldn't get back to the room on Level 16

Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Great view overlooking the estuary, and a great location, centrally situated for exploring Cairns and pick ups for planned trips/tours. Don’t have anything to complain about
