“Spacious rooms, great location and free coffee”

I chose this hotel because the rooms were so spacious; we brought 4 suitcases and 2 large backpacks and they all fit, even if there wasn’t extra room left. The place is clean and has plenty of amenities, though we ran into a humidity issue because the bathroom either lacked a fan or it didn’t work. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as one might expect from a hotel of this type, but it was decent. There’s an elevator, and the hotel kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage before check‑in, with our suitcases already waiting in the room when we arrived. They also agreed to store our luggage after checkout, which was a big plus. Free coffee machines are in the lobby, and I liked leaving the room keys with them when we went out so I didn’t have to worry about losing them. There’s one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel, so we struggled to get our laundry done because they were occupied most of the time, but having them is still a plus. The hotel sits right in front of Otsuka station, which is super convenient; the area is quiet but still has plenty of food, karaoke, and other options nearby. The only real downside was the light panel at the head of the bed – we couldn’t turn it off completely, so the light from the panel was a bit distracting while sleeping.

“Great location, fine hotel.”

The location was great, just a short walk (under 20 minutes) to Ikebukuro, and there were many amenities nearby because it’s close to a train station. The staff were polite and helpful, and the room was quite large. The bed was very solid and not overly comfortable. The room felt a bit unclean compared to other similar hotels. The fancy showerheads were actually difficult to use.

“缺點：不打掃沒關係 但希望可以給些備品 如廁紙及垃圾袋等 優點：近JR大塚站超近+周圍商店便利性高+按摩浴缸真的很舒服+可以夠大的空間來展開行李”

浴缸很大 空間夠大可以展開行李箱. 垃圾袋沒有多給.我住6夜僅兩個袋子 也沒辦法做回收分類 且沒有房務打掃 牆壁有些地方有脫落 廁所紙巾用到沒有了

The hotel had many amenities, was very close to Ōsaka station, and offered free hot drinks to try. The staff were very friendly and helped us with everything. We’ll definitely stay again. The only criticism we have is about the laundry room – when we went to wash clothes there was no detergent. That’s the only thing we can point out, but it’s not a big deal considering the service is free.
