The hotel sits next to the station and the bathroom has been renovated. We were told upon booking that reception would be open from 10am to 8pm, but when we arrived the staff told us it was closed from noon to 5pm, which is inconvenient for luggage or arrivals during those hours. Check‑in is at 5pm, and we were told to leave our room at 10:10am, even though checkout is at 10am—quite early. The building is very small and poorly constructed; the bathroom door can’t be closed by the occupant and requires someone else to shut it. Overall, not a good experience; look elsewhere if you’re staying in Touts.

The hotel is close to the station, which is very convenient for trips to the castles. Check‑in time is strictly limited, but we were warned about it.

The spot is close to the train station, and the room is clean. The room was cold, stairs were hard to navigate with luggage, tap water was cold (even the hot tap), and hot water took a while to reach the shower. The owner is unpleasant.
