The place sits on a hill just a kilometre from Vincì, with a cozy vibe, a spotless flat, and a fantastic host. The pool tops everything off. The one‑bedroom unit is on the top floor, and its private terrace offers stunning views of the village and the surrounding countryside. Leonard’s birthplace is within walking distance. The back part of the road isn’t lit, so if you’re heading to the village for dinner, bring a flashlight.

The owners are wonderful, and the vistas over Vinci are breathtaking, making it a great spot to explore Tuscany. The only hiccup was that the ceiling fan in our bedroom was a bit noisy at night, but it wasn’t a major problem.

A lovely house full of old details. The rooms are tidy and spacious, each with its own bathroom. The garden is delightful with plenty of seating, and the view of Vinci is gorgeous. Nothing to add.

The terrace view is exceptional, the welcome was great with small gifts, the setting is surrounded by nature and quiet, close to the village of Vinci, and the large pool is well exposed and calm. A microwave would be nice, and a shared washing machine would help. We’re in nature and respect it, so insects aren’t a problem, but on some days wasps around the pool attacked us, forcing us to leave. Installing wasp traps could be a plus.
