The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean, but the bathroom had a problem: the shower drain was not clean and the water drained slowly. I let the staff know, and although they were initially unaware, they promised to fix it.

This place is a gem. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless and comfortable, with all the essentials you'd need for a great stay. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the city center and all the main attractions. I was a bit worried about the noise from the nearby bars, but it wasn't too bad and didn't disturb my sleep.
