The location, kitchen and beds were fine. There was no toilet paper, the security seemed questionable and communication was poor.

The place was in a decent spot and check‑in was convenient. We were assigned a room that had been heavily smoked on before us, the cigarette smell was awful and soaked everything—pillows, curtains, blanket—and even after a week it hadn’t cleared. The soundproofing was terrible, the doors and floor creaked, all of which made it hard to sleep or relax. If you plan to cook yourself, the kitchen lacks a pot, has a pan but its surface is worn out and unusable. Overall the rooms, bathtub and kitchen need repair.

The staff were very friendly, room service was good, and the place stayed clean. No complaints.

I liked that I left. The room was dirty and unsanitary, the mattress was crooked and uncomfortable, and the taps or shower didn’t always have running water; when they did, the pressure was weak. People smoked inside, the smell lingered, and there was a lot of outside noise even with the windows closed.
