Location was superb with the arena less than a 30sec walk away and a fantastic restaurant just across the street. Excellent service. We adored the classic feel of the hotel but may be seen as dated by some

A super comfy boutique spot in a great area, with breakfast that was excellent and staff who were super helpful.

The place was gorgeous, staff were friendly and excellent, but I’d have liked a bar that stayed open later.

Staff were efficient, helpful and friendly, breakfast had a great variety, the central location made city‑exploring easy, everything worked perfectly, even there were plenty of hangers – a rarity in many hotels; the only downside was that the family didn’t like the shower design, but it worked fine, just a matter of taste.
