The staff were extremely helpful, even though there was no elevator—they assisted us and stored our luggage, which was a big relief. The place feels like a mix between a hotel and an apartment, with a kitchen and laundry facilities that are very convenient. It's a walk to the nearest station, but the city center is close enough that we used a taxi for easy access. The only downside is that there is no elevator.

I wasn't looking for a very expensive hotel or a strict minimum; I was pleasantly surprised by how good the price per night was. Nothing else to add.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room had a microwave, which was great, and it was a decent size compared to most hotels in Japan. However, you could hear almost every little noise from the hallway and other rooms, and the room above us was so loud one night until at least 2 am that we had to talk to the front desk about it, which I’ve never had to do before. The room also didn't feel very clean at all, unfortunately.

The receptionists were very friendly. The location is well connected, with a direct bus taking 20–25 minutes to Shibuya, and the area is quiet with convenience stores nearby. The cleaning needs improvement, and the facilities could use a small renovation. The towels were no longer white but had a yellowish tone, clearly showing heavy use, and there was no daily housekeeping or elevator cleaning.
